Where Do We Ship From?

The majority of items are shipped from the UK so we guarantee minimal waiting time! However we do offer one collection of items that have longer shipping times and these come from abroad, usually Asia. These items are very clearly marked and allow us to offer items before they are available direct from our warehouse.

How Soon After Order Do You Ship?

We try to ship your items within 24 hours of taking the order but sometimes it might be slightly slower. Get in touch if you think it's taking too long using hi@naturoler.com

How Do We Ship?

Everything possible is sent by Royal Mail (or courier if larger parcel) so you get it as soon as possible.

How Will I Know My Stuff Has Shipped?

You should get an email update as soon as your items have shipped. If they don't arrive within a few days after that then please get in touch.

Is Expedited Shipping Available?

Sometimes yes, please just ask when you place your order but remember we're already trying pretty hard to get your items out asap :)

Do All Your Items Have The Same Shipping Time?

Most of them but we do occasionally send direct from source so you may receive 2 packages. In addition, we do have one special collection of items that take longer (10-20 days). It's really obvious which these are are so you won't order them accidentally and it allows us to offer you more choice of newer products before the reach our warehouse.

What About Packaging?

We use minimal packaging.

While plastic bags are cheap and easy their impact is felt worldwide for many years. Using paper or cardboard that can be recycled/is already recycled is our way of protecting the future of our planet. In the rare event the packaging is damaged on arrival and you’re not happy the products are ok then get in touch. We promise we will send you a replacement free of charge :)

Is Everything In One Parcel?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no - to cut down on shipping around the country we sometimes ship directly from our supplier - we'll keep you updated if this is the case.

Where Do The Goods Come From?

A mixture of suppliers. Some are UK based and some are abroad. Everything we supply comes from reputable, fully inspected companies with the correct certifications and accreditations. We use what we supply in our own homes so rest assured it is the best.

Can I Return Items?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so please get in touch if you have any problems. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please still get in touch and we may be able to offer a refund or exchange. Your happiness is our priority.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
